1 1/2 Cups Caster Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 Eggs
2 Cups Plain Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts
1 Cup Chopped Milk Chocolate
1 Cup Chopped White Chocolate
| Preheat Oven to 180oC. Place butter, sugar and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and creamy. |
| Add the eggs and beat well. Sift the flour (don't over look the sifting!) and cocoa over the mixture |
| Add the nuts and chocolate bits. |
| Mix well. |
| Press down into a lightly greased 19cm flat, oven proof frying pan. (I used a cake tin) |
| Bake for 35mins, or until cooked through. |
| Cool and cut into wedges.Serves 8-10. |
