Triple Chocolate Skillet Cookie Brownie Slice thing....

Taken from a Donna Hay Recipe, I created a beautiful Brownie for Reiko's (My house mate from Japan) going away party.

250g Butter softened
1 1/2 Cups Caster Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 Eggs
2 Cups Plain Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts
1 Cup Chopped Milk Chocolate
1 Cup Chopped White Chocolate

Preheat Oven to 180oC. Place butter, sugar and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and creamy.

Add the eggs and beat well. Sift the flour (don't over look the sifting!) and cocoa over the mixture
Add the nuts and chocolate bits.
Mix well.
Press down into a lightly greased 19cm flat, oven proof frying pan. (I used a cake tin)
Bake for 35mins, or until cooked through.

Cool and cut into wedges.Serves 8-10.
